2006
Shijiazhuang Henggu Jianxin Cellulose Co.,Ltd was founded in Jinzhou City,Hebei province, mainly manufacturing construction materials including cellulose ether products.
2007
The company established 3 R&D centers including production technology center, product&application center, and analysis&testing center for different customers' customized cellulose ether needs.
2011

HPMC:
Structural formula:OR=-OH, -OCH3, -[OCH2CH(CH3)]nOH [OCH2CH(CH3)]nOCH3
Physical and chemical properties
Appearance:White or off-white powder, odourless and tasteless.
Granularity:100 days passing rate more than 98.5%:80 months passing rate 100%.
Bulk density:0.25-0.70g/cm3.
Soluble in water and some organic solvents, such as ethanol/water, acetone/water, trichloroethane in appropriate proportions. Solution is surface active. Dissolution in water is not affected by PH value.
HPMC is widely used in building materials, coatings, synthetic resins, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, food, textiles, agriculture, cosmetics, tobacco and other industries. HPMC can be divided into: construction grade, food grade and pharmaceutical grade according to its usage. At present, most of the products produced by MATECEL are construction grade. Among the construction grade, putty powder is used in a large amount, about 90% is used for putty powder and the rest is used for cement mortar and glue.
HEC:
Cellulose ethers and their derivatives thickeners are mainly hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose (MHEC), ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose (EHEC), methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose (MHPC), methyl cellulose (MC) and xanthan gum, etc. These are all non-ionic thickeners, while belonging to the non-conjugated aqueous phase thickeners.
CMC:
Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is also known as sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose and CMC, CMC products for the production of interior wall putty has a small amount of additive, high viscosity, good water retention characteristics.
CMC can be used in the following industries:
(1) In detergents, CMC can be used as an anti-fouling deposit agent.
(2) CMC can be used in oil drilling to protect oil wells as a mud stabilizer and water retention agent.
(3) In the textile industry, it is used as sizing agent, thickening agent for printing and dyeing pulp, textile printing and stiff finishing.
(4) CMC can be used as anti-settling agent, emulsifier, dispersant, levelling agent and binder for paints, and used as water retention agent, thickener and binder in putty.
(5) CMC is used as paper sizing agent in paper making industry.
(6) CMC is used as a water soluble in cosmetics and as a thickening agent in toothpaste.
(7) CMC can be used as flocculant, chelating agent, emulsifier, thickening agent, water retention agent, sizing agent, film-forming material, etc. It is also widely used in electronics, pesticides, leather, plastics, printing, ceramics, daily-use chemicals and other fields.
